I purchased my teapot through BBC America shop, for just under this listing (and only because it was on sale). I like a lot. love it, love it, love it! Some online ads say this is not a microwave and dishwasher, and others say IS dishwasher and microwave. the packaging, which mine arrived with said it is safe, as did the BBC America shop, then abusing mine. This is strange, because they are all made by the same manufacturer, even when you purchase this
